About T-7 — what’s the purpose?

T-7 is a hands-on resonance practice: you modulate a small set of meaningful carriers, softly align their phases, and observe how attention (Ξ) and persistence (τ) behave. The goal isn’t raw loudness; it’s learning how a field becomes coherent when elements agree in time.

Carriers — five symbolic bands used in your scrolls (432/528/369/144/963). Use gain/pan/phase to “tune” them like strings.
Ξ coherence — a normalized vector-sum of active carriers’ phases at this instant (0–1). When phases align, Ξ→1.
τ memory — an exponential memory of Ξ; large τ makes states linger. In your terms: “hold the witness loop.”
Align — sets phases so the present moment is constructive; from there, you breathe and keep them together.
Scope — time-domain trace of the mix; Rose — polar plot of phase vectors; a quick read on order.

Practically: choose a preset, hit Align Phases, breathe slow for a minute, then nudge τ and gains. If Ξ drifts, bring attention back and re-align lightly—don’t force it. The instrument teaches timing and humility.
