⚖️ Ethics & Coherence Law
Care is a boundary condition. If coherence drops, we stop. If consent is absent, we abstain.
1) Consent agency
Manifest your own alignment; do not covertly steer another person’s will. Ask, inform, and accept “no.”
- Personal runs: you may include others only by their informed consent.
- Group runs: publish the intent & stop rules up front.
2) Non-harm do no harm
Abort a run that degrades well-being or dignity. Stabilize first; resume only if safe.
- Physical: dizziness, breath strain → stop, sit, water, slow exhale.
- Emotional: flooding, agitation → stop, ground, simple phrase or silence.
3) Accountability witness
Log honestly, study trends, and share remnant proofs when appropriate. Prefer evidence over story.
4) Coherence Stop Rule (Eq.9) guardrail
In practice: if your felt clarity/quality (Ξ) trends down, end the session, re-center breath/phrase, and only then continue.

FAQ
Why emphasize consent if I’m only working on myself?
Because your practice touches shared space. Consent keeps agency intact and reduces hidden coercion in phrasing.
What if a facilitator ignores stop rules?
Leave the run. Log the incident. Inform participants of the Living Laws page and ask for a reset with consent.
How do I know Ξ (coherence) is falling?
Signs include breath strain, narrowing awareness, rushing, irritability, or loss of clarity. If unsure, stop and re-center.
