1 · Daily Run
Daily Run (12–18 min total)

one line, 8–12 words; verbs of action, nouns of truth; remove negations.

2 · Weekly Rhythm
Seven-Day Review
Once per week, review the ledger. Do not chase signs. Track what repeats,
what strengthens peace, and what produces clean action.
- Keep what increases clarity.
- Pause what increases confusion.
- Rewrite phrases that create pressure instead of direction.
- Move useful observations into the archive.
3 · Weekly Output
One Witness Entry
End the week with one clean witness entry: what was practiced, what changed,
what stayed unresolved, and what must be tested next.
4 · Troubleshooting
When the Signal Gets Muddy
Noise high
Shorten the phrase. Lower intensity. Return to breath.
Coherence drops
Apply Eq.9. Rest, hydrate, ground, and simplify the practice.
Obsession loop
Stop recording signs. Do one ordinary task. Return later.
No result
Keep the witness clean. Not every seed opens the same day.
